3. Pricing and Payment
All prices on meerly.store are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery where available
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, even after order confirmation
- Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched, except for COD orders
- For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery
If a transaction is declined or reversed by your bank or payment provider, your order will be cancelled automatically.
4. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, sizes, and descriptions. However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to monitor and screen settings
- Sizes may have a tolerance of 1–2 cm due to manufacturing variations
- We do not warrant that product descriptions are completely accurate, complete, or error-free
If a product you receive is materially different from its description, please contact us at hello@meerly.store within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
5. Order Acceptance
Placing an order on meerly.store constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect pricing due to technical error
- Failure of payment authorisation
You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled and a full refund will be issued where applicable. An order is only confirmed once you receive a dispatch confirmation email from us.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — 2–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Meerly Store is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible items. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on meerly.store including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, images, and product designs is the property of Meerly Store and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Uses
By using our website you agree not to:
