Refund policy

At Meerly Store, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love everything you order — but if something isn't right, we've made the return process as simple and stress-free as possible.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item was purchased directly from meerly.store
  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Item is not from our non-returnable category (see below)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Email us at hello@meerly.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. Attach clear photos of the item if it is damaged or defective
  3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with next steps
  4. Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it back to us

Please do not ship items back before receiving approval — unapproved returns may not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 5–7 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking — 2–4 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card — 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery orders — refund issued as store credit or bank transfer within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email us at hello@meerly.store with your order number and the details of what you'd like instead.

If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@meerly.store within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by Meerly Store.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, socks, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to sizing or preference — return shipping cost is borne by the customer
  • Returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect item — return shipping is fully covered by Meerly Store

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Meerly Store is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
