At Meerly Store, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a second email with your tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Remote or tier-3 locations may require an additional 2–3 days.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is charged at ₹59 per order
  • Express shipping is charged at ₹99 per order
  • Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your tracking number
  • A link to track your order in real time via our courier partner's website

You can also track your order anytime by emailing us at hello@meerly.store with your order number.


Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across most pin codes in India. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Please note — COD orders may take an additional 1 business day to process.


Delivery Issues & Delays

While we do everything to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High volume periods such as sale seasons and festivals
  • Weather conditions or natural disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
  • Courier partner delays beyond our control

If your order has not arrived within 3 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@meerly.store and we will investigate immediately.

Important — please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. Meerly Store is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us. If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and item immediately
  2. Email us at hello@meerly.store within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


International Shipping

At this time, Meerly Store ships within India only. We are working on expanding internationally in the future — follow us on social media to stay updated.
